Poppy was a Lhasa Apso whose ancestors were bred as interior sentinels for Buddhist monasteries to alert monks to intruders. Tia was a Shih Tzu favoured by Chinese royals that prefer to stay close to their companions and offer strangers affection. Love is brave, loyal, affectionate, outgoing, and alert.
